5 Quick Self-Care Ideas


This week, the focus is all about quick ideas for self-care.

  1. Take a quick walk - indoors or outdoors. just a few minutes. Walk around the block, or if you can’t get out - walk in your home or at work. Walk to the bathroom, up the stairs, around the workplace. 

  2. Have a cup of tea/cocoa - use this as a sensory break - smell it, feel the warm cup in your hands, etc.
