The focus of this podcast episode is about establishing morning and evening routines, but not for our kids. We as adults can benefit from having a morning and evening routine too!

The idea for this podcast came to me while I was reading a magazine article about Joanna Gaines, and a morning routine she uses regularly.

I give several suggestions for other ideas for you can add into your morning & evening routines as a way to start and end your day well. Plus, I also talk about how it’s okay for routines to change, especially depending on the needs of our family and our work. I’s normal that we sometimes get away from our routines. Everyone does, even Oprah! Take a listen to hear some ideas that may work for you.
